Prior to contacting Pinnacle I had spoken to a few other broker companies and there was no comparison to Pinnacle (I won’t name and shame them). I am very grateful I had the pleasure of dealing with such an outstanding broker to secure my first buy to let mortgage. Sam, thank you very much for never giving up on me to secure my first buy to let mortgage. I appreciate everything you have done for me, you’re a top bloke! We had a few obstacles to overcome but Sam was always on the ball to find a solution. He always kept me up to date every step of the way and If I needed to clarify anything I would get a quick response. He was very professional and has a wealth of experience within this field. He definitely knows what he is talking about and would say it how it is. Straight to the point, no beating around the bush! Also thank you to Rhiannon and the rest of the team who supported me to secure my mortgage. This won’t be the last time I deal with Pinnacle, I already have them on speed dial for my next buy to let :) I could not recommend Pinnacle enough!
