My first time renting and my experience has been so smooth. Any questions I had were answered by Liz and Dean, no matter how silly a question they made sure to explain everything I had questions about and made my expos much better.
The application process has been very smooth and easy, Liz and Mohammed were both very helpful and informative and have kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We can’t wait to move into our new house soon!

I have used Placefirst as a letting agent for a few years and I have been very pleased with their service. Always prompt and helpful no issues at all. The apartment I rented was spot on, very modern and spaced out, the rent price was also really good. Highly recommend.
Been renting with PF (Leeds) for 2 years so far and have had no problems at all. The team respond to emails in a reasonable time and are pleasant and laidback. Maintenance reports have been swift (in my experience), and the maintenance guys are no fuss and give us notice. We've not had any emergencies yet, but I trust that they'd be quick to act. I've had very overbearing landlords/ agents in the past, and Placefirst are not like that. They'll do a yearly check in, but they rely on you to report any issues. Shoutout to Mohammed - he always seems to be looking at ways to improve the properties, and he always has a smile on his face! He really goes the extra mile, e.g., I've seen him picking up (and arranging scrap guys to pick up) and moving rubbish (bed frames and other crap) that had been dumped in the communal bin area. The properties are not extortionately priced, and they don't raise the rent by a ridiculous amount each year. And we can keep a small pet in the flat, which is much appreciated as it's so difficult to find decent accommodation with an animal. As far as landlords go, we've been very happy with the service so far and will continue to stay with them for the foreseeable.

Excellent work from start to finish. The very easy and quick verification process saved me lots of stress. There was lots of help from everyone during the moving process, especially Sarah, the best resident manager I could ask for. I do recommend the agency. They do care! Placefirst is definitely top-tier in the industry.
We are currently in the process of moving house and Placefirst have been amazing from the first day. The whole process from start to finish has been so easy and stress free. Abbeygail in particular has been amazing and so helpful.
My husband and I just moved in 05/06/2024 and it was such a simple and easy process, everything from viewing, completing forms, acceptance for the property, and hand-over of the keys! We met Dave on several occasions throughout this process and he has been fabulous!! Very knowledgeable and helpful! We required some adjustments for our move-in day where I met Dave at 10:30 where my husband was only able to come meet him at the property in the afternoon, but this was made no problem at all for our check-in. Got a lovely welcome kit too :) We are thrilled to be in our new property and it was in fabulous condition upon move in. We are currently in early stages as well and still sorting getting our utilities transferred to our name, but Dave has made this process simple for us and has been very helpful and easily accessible to if we ever needed anything then!
Run from this company, I was a good customer for almost 2 years, I bought my house and wanted to move but requested for extra days which was declined, they threatened to kick me out with 3 kids age 5,3 and 1. I ended up staying 1 extra day from the original date, they refused to collect the keys from me and intentional charge me until they collected the keys from the location they asked me to leave it keys. Lastly they made up charges at some point they had nothing to charge me for and made up the term "other" to charge me £88 pounds. They charged me to remove the bin but when I enter the property i met 4 bins asked for help to remove it but they declined. I will never recommend Run if you can
Really easy process. Love the house. Liz was really helpful and knowledgeable. Move in went smooth. Our residents services manager Dean was great at welcoming us to our new home.
I’ve lived with Placefirst for 3 years now and can only speak highly of them. I’ve had a few maintenance issues, but nothing more than you would expect with any home. They have been really quick at sorting though so all good. I’ve had rent increases every year, but this is the same everywhere.
We've lived in a Placefirst property since July 2022, and they don't care about their residents at all. They say they care about their communities, but don't even take into account known disabilities. I have a severe lung problem, and we reported an issue with our boiler at the start of May. We have had no heating since, and we're told it's not a priority despite it affecting my health. Meanwhile, gas engineers have been in and out of an EMPTY property across the street... Sort yourselves out Placefirst, it's no wonder the residents are leaving in droves

As an experienced tenant, I can honestly say this was the best customer experience I have ever had and I wish every other estate/ letting agent would take note of this great service overall.
