Dec 11,2020... but somehow thank you is not enough! We called your company today with what possibly seemed a strange request. Our son, who has autism, had asked Santa to bring him a specific, now discontinued, telephone (phones are his current favourite thing). I was beginning to think it was going to be impossible to get Santa to deliver, until I spoke to Luke at this amazing company. On hearing my issue he could not have been any more helpful and understanding of my plight. Not only did he take the time to search through the warehouse for what we needed, he spoke to his manager Paul who also helped to ensure that Santa will be able to deliver what my little boy has asked for. Thank you again for such wonderful service.

Luckily, with Paul Hart's assistance and knowledge, we were able to come up with a solution to my query quickly and effortlessly. It's customer service from the likes of Paul that really makes a company stand out from the rest. And PMC Telecom have been added to my list of companies to use in future.

Recently we've had an issue with a package not being delivered (this was on Royal Mail's side) and Paul was quick on sending a replacement. Great service.

Nov 19,2020I was looking for a new webcam and came across PMC by chance. I noticed their phone number was local to us, so called them. The webcam I wanted was in stock so I ordered over the phone there and then. I was told delivery was the next working day, which would have been Monday. To my surprise, it was delivered the next day. I've used the webcam several times now and the visuals and audio quality are excellent. I would definitely use PMC again.
