Jan 13,2020Excellent service and cost effective as a personal customer. Had a short turn around time on a radio transceiver re-programming before a trip abroad. Courier messed up and PMC bent over backwards to get me the radio or a brand new replacement if it couldn't be traced (even though the radio had not come from them originally).
