Apr 23,2020My sound quality on zoom, etc. using my PMC Telecom headset is now so good that many of my friends have asked for details. I'm over 70, self-isolating and not very IT savvy so I was a bit anxious about making the right purchase. But PMC customer service and chat was so helpful, friendly and efficient. When I couldn't understand the tech speak they showed me photos. They guided me to the right purchase for my equipment and the headset was delivered the next day. Thank you PMC Telecom. You have made my lock-down life much more sociable!

Apr 20,2020Can’t fault the actual product or service. However, I had ordered a headset adapter to use with my mobile to be able to work from home as a key worker (aviation), only to be informed by my employer that they would be providing a complete telephone set with a headset so didn’t need this part after all. As per the returns guidelines on the company website I packaged the item up and requested recorded delivery at the post office, which was £2.45. So my gripe is, why did I pay £4.95 for delivery which was a jiffy bag by 1st class post, probably totalling just over £1? Methinks somebody is making a tidy profit from this current situation?

Apr 09,2020The world of landline telephone and headsets can be confusing what with different type of connectors and wires but PMC Telecom's phone/headset packages takes the guesswork out of it. Also pick from 'in stock' items and they delivered in two day, not bad considering its lockdown. Has made working from home that bit easier.

Apr 09,2020No ringer on/off switch. If we had known this this alone would have stopped us purchasing this item. Enclosed instructions do not match the options on phone screen. Enclosed instructions are not the same as ones we downloaded from internet. Very disappointing purchase.

May 14,2020Hi, Paul Hart made ordering really easy for me at a time I was very rushed. He did all the admin which meant I only had to log on and pay. Communications from PMC from order to delivery was excellent, including info from couriers about delivery time.
