Jan 25,2025To begin, I have NOT ordered, ergo tried, these veneers, YET. Upon first seeing their ads I was interested in these veneers because I'd LOVE a very customized smile, without having to shell out thousands. Still, I had so many questions! Before placing an order I wanted to know what materials are used; if they could make the customizations I really want: i.e. slightly longer cuspids (canines) and longer central incisors (two front teeth); payment options; guarantee of satisfaction; etc. Well, every email, question, and even suggestion that I sent, was replied to pretty quickly and in a courteous and informative manner. In a day and age where customer service is pretty hit and miss even/especially at some of the biggest sales and service empires (I'm looking specifically at you Amazon and Comcast/XFinity), it is FANTASTIC to get real, quick answers without having to wade through bad Apps, 30 links, voice bots, 8 phone options, call-backs, hold times, bad attitudes, less-than well-trained individuals, etc. Now, again, since I have not yet purchased from Pop On Veneers, I can't say whether this excellent communication extends to their after-sales services, but pardon the bad pun: so far, I'm super impressed.
