Jan 13,2025This was the worse 500 dollars I Ever spent! I Am a professional woman and Veteran of 11 years and I served in Desert Storm! I have had cancer several times since returning for the Desert and the chemo that I was given caused my front tooth and some of my back lower and upper teeth to come out the dentist already had a case similar to mine and they pulled her teeth to make her dentures and she repeatedly bled so she had to be sent to A specialist and after checking I Had taken the same chemotherapy that she had and he said he couldn’t pull my teeth and make me dentures so I found this company on the website and read about it and the price was the same ball park as dentures so I thought I Had found my answer because I’m a very outgoing person and with my front tooth out I would not go out in public for the embarrassment so my husband followed the instructions and ordered the molds and I did as it said and returned them. I soon received my vaneers that were somewhat tight and the front tooth on one side made it a hair lower than the other side and they broke within 2 weeks of having them and I cared for then just as it said to do my Bottom teeth did not fit and made sores in my mouth and the front bottom teeth are crooked and tall in front and uneven and where my lower back teeth were missing they made little teeth in the back that I don’t have and they wouldn’t snap they were up off my gums in back and hurt and rubbed blisters in my mouth! Why would I want my bottom to be crooked and look as horrible as they did for 600.00? I tried contacting them and got no response so not only did I spend that kind of money but they never even responded to my emails and I Have no vaneers top or bottom And they were paid in full before they shipped them! Bad business and I highly recommend not giving this company your hard earned money it’s like buying a lottery ticket only a higher price you never know if you’re gonna win or lose and I gambled with 600.00 and lost! If I save one person from wasting hard earned money on garbage and lies then I’ve accomplished something good to come from all of this. The Order was under Michael Gibson my husband in Dunbar WV 25064 so your company can verify my purchase and post this review and not withhold people from knowing the truth. Very disappointed and would never do business or recommend anyone else to donate their hard earned money because I got nothing for my money! Thanks for nothing and I hope I’m An isolated case but I very seriously doubt I am since you didn’t respond to my situation early on!

Jan 13,2025The veneers are a cheap synthetic, plastic like material and break easily if used for eating at all, or if you grind your teeth. They are purely cosmetic, do not think of these as real substitutes for dental work like the ads try to sell you on - I did and was sorely disappointed. I’ve had three sets of upper arches, which only come with a 30 day warranty, and 2 out of the three broke within a few weeks while the third has only lasted because I stopped wearing them. The short warranty period should tell you everything!! Imagine you’re on a date and have to take your veneers out to eat or they’ll break, maybe not this time but for sure will in the near future. Is this realistic? The price is surreal given the product delivered.

Jan 16,2025Total waist of money and time all you guys want is to suck more money out of me and I have no idea if this remake was even gonna work and not just brake again I could not even wear the bottoms and the tops broke within a week if they were a good fit and a worthy product I would have stayed up on my payment plan but I already paid 299 for a product I do not even have I was not going to pay another 80.00$ for something that broke within a week and like I said bottoms never worked they hurt so I have been looking in the mail everyday I missed going out for Christmas and new years and my birthday because they stopped my remake because I did not give them more money for something that was not right to begin with they should have at least sent me the top ones since they got $299 of my money and they have the deal for the top for $299 so really they are just being greedy and I don’t have a product to show for what I already paid them for they got their money were is my top teeth at least who in there right mind is going to pay more money for something that broke within a week of wearing, and the bottoms never worked they actually hurt and the top looked good but were loose in the back so they broke but only after changing my teeth positioning so I could not put my partial retainer back in so I have not left the house since requested a remake with urgency because I had no front teeth on one side and they stopped making my remake because they did not receive more money I don’t even know if it was worth the money I already paid 299$ it’s crazy and they could care less that I lost my retainer fit so I am a hermit for almost two months now because of all this I am very disappointed and I was looking online and can see other company’s that are way cheaper and probably have way better customer satisfaction and appreciation because pop on smiles are greedy money hungry frauds that don’t care that there customers are happy they just want more money I want my top teeth that I paid for or a refund for it all and I will be reporting to partial.ly and the bbb that I never received my product because I didn’t you guys stopped my remake which should have been covered in the original order because I never got a good product it broke within a week and the bottoms hurt so I paid 299$ for nothing but two months of embarrassment and no social life and now being mistreated for not paying my payment give me a product that is worth a payment you already got at least. Pop on smiles give me a product that is worth my money you already have the 299$ I am very frustrated pop on smiles was the worst decision I ever made and I am still paying for that decision because they refuse to make it right without me giving them more money shame on you pop on smiles you are a greedy bad business I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated you should not be in business if this is how you treat your customers not even getting a worthy product to your customer then demanding more money shame on you I want my top teeth I paid for or a full refund period then I will take my $299. And go somewhere else that cares about their customers so I can have a life again because pop on smiles has ruined that for me the last two months I have no front teeth on one side and cannot wear my retainer anymore because when I was wearing the pop on top teeth within the first day my teeth moved and shifted to fit the pop on but then the pop on broke in less than a week now I cannot wear my retainer partial with my teeth attached because I trusted pop on smiles would make it right well I am regretting every minute of it
