And now they're sending me another pair of veneers. (They are a remake) So I did not get charged for that. These people really care about your smile. And I will recommend them to the people I know. I paid for express delivery but they weren’t shipped in the time promised so they refunded me for the express delivery and I received my order a few days later. I also ordered a spare pair and received them within 10 days. Spare set fits exactly like the original set.

Aug 26,2024Perhaps it's just me, but after a while of smiling, they start to look like melted plastic. I always assumed they were made from the same material used for dentures, but apparently, I was mistaken. They do create a convincing illusion at first glance, though. For five hundred dollars? I think $150 would be more reasonable. Just my opinion; you decide.

Aug 22,2024I don't know maybe it's just bad luck with certain people on here complaining I don't really know what they expected if you want porcelain or some kind of hard unbreakable material you're going to pay 20 to 40 grand what we pay here at pup on veneers and what they get I think is absolutely amazing The workmanship that went into it is great and if you act like some moron and not take care of The veneers of course they would break but if you treat them like they're fragile and don't be an idiot I'm assuming they're going to last a while but then again I take very good care of everything that I pay for so overall I'm very happy with this company and what I acquired and the price was great I definitely will be ordering again if need be

The POP ON PROMISE IS A LIE!! they take so many fees out of your supposed "refund" that there is no refund. $99 fee for using the payment plan. $65 fee (each) for returning top or bottom (why would you charge me a fee for returning your sub par product?!) They are ripping people off who feel they have no other options! They look more fake in person than in pictures! My family literally laughs and makes jokes about the SCAM! They are so THICK that they give you a lisp. You can barely talk, if you are a singer, or someone who has to speak to customers on a daily basis, even just on the phone DONT DO IT! You will sing/talk like Mike Tyson 😭they are VERY OBVIOUSLY FAKE LOOKING no real detail or impressions between the teeth. They ripped my very healthy gums and made them bleed. I had nice teeth, aside from 1 CHIPPED TOOTH! I work with the public, and thought these would make me look more professional. I look like a joke and my friends laugh if i wear them. I cry every day that I'm still paying on these and I was refused anything but a remake WHICH ARE ALSO DEDUCTED FROM ANY FUTURE REFUND!! They know what they're doing and there's absolutely no excuse to take advantage of people. I'm actually about to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and you should too!!
