Dec 14,2021I used positive lending to arrange a mortgage. I only really dealt with one person, James Etheridge but in all areas his level of service was exemplary. Regular updates, clear explanations and excellent communication making the whole process easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Nov 12,2021I have been dealing with positive lending - more directly with James Oldham - for the last year or so. My partner and I have been looking to relocate for a while and given the distance we had to look into a bridging loan. We were also looking at auction properties in which James also specialises, but ended up buying through a normal sale process. We really appreciated how James kept us updated and how he responded when we had an issue or needed someone to just make things move forward quicker. It was a pleasure from day one and although the entire process wasn’t a breeze (but, is it ever???) he made us feel reassured and looked after. I feel like we might do business again one day as the house we bought is hopefully just a stepping stone. I would totally recommend this company!

Oct 25,2021EXCELLENT SERVICE After difficulties with one company due to BREXIT, I was directed towards Positive Lending to find a buy to let mortgage (interest-only loan) as an expat. Jack found me a competitive mortgage. Although the mortgage company was very slow coming up with their offer, I was supported all the way by Lewis who always got back to me promptly and actively chased on my behalf to secure the funds. Thanks very much for all you help. Will definitely be using Positive again and highly recommend Lewis in particular!
