Feb 18,2021I feel I need to write a review to make the owners of this company aware that I had a very negative experience with Positive namely the person I had to deal with. Ben Fairhead was both rude & aggressive at times throughout my 6 month journey with getting a bridging loan. Anybody needing a bridging loan will be in a stressful situation so needs to be put at ease by the representative. Obviously COVID is an excuse given by all concerned at the moment . Everybody from the lender to the solicitors to the intermediaries need to up the anti post COVID. This is the second bridge we have had, the first one took 2 weeks this one 6 months. If we hadn’t built up a rapport with the vendor of the house we were purchasing this could have been far worse. Not an experience I want to have to repeat!
