We have worked with a few lenders and brokers in the past but Brad and his team standout as they are helpful, responsive and offered us a range of solutions for our commercial property refinancing - which was not a completely straightforward case. Having already tried to place it with traditional adverse lenders and wasting a lot of time I was pointed towards Positive Lending and within hours Ollie had found a solution that he was confident would work. Georgia then took over all of the packaging and administration and moved this case swiftly to offer with perfect communication at all times and helpful pointers along the way because of my lack of experience with unusual cases. I will recommend Positive and Georgia to any broker with a case that falls outside of the Highstreet lenders narrow terms.

Underwriter Sam Knight in particular was a great help in pushing the case through to offer quickly.
