Dec 11,2020The process was extremely painful and took far to long, instead of asking for all the documents up front they were requested piecemeal, by the time we had provided all the necessary information our original documents had expired and therefore needed updating and resubmitting. This cycle repeated itself many times and was extremely frustrating.

They assisted me and I obtained a much better rate than I had previously, but more importantly they explained everything clearly to me. Even when I was unsure how to resolve lenders questions they knew how to resolve the problems and get the deal over the line. I cannot recommend them enough.

Sep 01,2020Had a really great experience with Dec and Dawn. Nice simple process, always available to speak to when help was needed. Direct contact numbers and efficient responses to e-mails. Ownership taken from start to finish and you can tell they know their stuff. If one piece of feedback could be constructive I would say that information could have been shared better as I received two requests for the same information. But that is a small gripe and to be honest not too significant when considering the completely positive experience I had overall.

They were very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the details. etc. When I ran into problems due to Coronavirus restrictions and the need for identity checks etc, the Chief Exec intervened on my behalf to speed up the process. Positive Lending secured me a very positive outcome and I would recommend them unreservedly.
