Dec 21,2023Unfortunately, I bought a set of lamps I bought D1S headlights from Osram Note Laser, but the lamp box arrived and it was open and damaged. They sent us the lamps in a previously opened box, which raises doubts and fears that the lamps may have been replaced or had been used previously. I contacted support many times, but I did not find a positive response from them, and there are attempts to procrastinate and evade... The responsibility is still ongoing and we have not found any solutions from them and we consider it a scam
