Had issues with my address checking out and they can't change the address once it's been ordered but can refund which is very odd and hopefully can be sorted on the system in the future. Otherwise no complaints, happy to keep shopping with them, as I've been buying off them for many years.

So.....their solution to spamming my email with requests to leave a review was to then harrass me more to get me to change the review they forced me to do in the first place? People leave reviews when they want to, asking multiple times gets you these review responses.

Nov 14,2023My order arrived not in the condition I would've expected for the money that I payed to powerbulbs.I received & email to state my order had been dispatched & packaged carefully!.However this wasn't the case at all as the box that contained a Headlight bulb for my vehicle had been damaged.I was lucky that it hadn't damaged the bulb literally!.I complained about this issue and received & email to state that this would be passed onto the relevant department.However, No follow up email was sent.For the cost of the product that I ordered in the 1st place

Nov 20,2023Non-arrival of item. Where is it please? I have edited my review from 1star to 4 as the item did arrive, and is genuine. The crew were very responsive to my concern, but not quite 5 as the item arrived outside the advertised 7-10 day window so I was getting concerned. I suggest a slight edit to indicate that on occasion there can be postage to delays to overseas deliveries.
