Nov 24,2023Fast service to Canada! Thank you Power Bulbs and Royal Mail. Was half price compared to same bulbs here so I ordered two sets. I've done same in the past. If your planning on keeping your car.. order extra.. another bulb goes I can switch out the one and they still match, plus these had 1 year warranty so I'm set and happy.

Nov 20,2023Only a 1 because a 0 isn't possible. Zero star review intended. Ordered bulbs, main and dipped beam, 16th November, paid 5.99 for next day delivery. Received email immediately to confirm order details. Nothing since. Sent one email through webcontact, and one direct email. Nothing. Called them this morning, bulbs are on back order...........no apology....I said what about an email to say they are out of stock and refund my next day delivery......they said sorry the person is off sick who deals with back orders we are jumbling through. NOT sorry for ripping you off for next day delivery or out of stock or poor service! Apparently refunding me in full as I requested, I am waiting two days to see if done so, if not will chase. If no refund appears I will take the matter to small claims court with costs. They don't seem to care about customers, there is a dont give a fig so what tone to their, erm, customer service. USE ANOTHER COMPANY, YOU MIGHT EVEN GET THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED!
