Really good having the reminder service that advices your product needs replacing, in my case a filter for my fridge water dispenser,also impressed that the company offers your a cheaper alternative to your original order. That is what you call treating your customers fairly. Easy to place order and excellent updates of your orders progress. Received my order in super quick time.

The Pozzani filter for my Samsung Fidge Freezer is easier to connect than the standard model and does not leak at the joints. The filter is excellent as i have come to expect from Pozzani. Fast delivery, no problems.

A good buy we are happy with it, although this purchase was the replacement of their tap that was 5 years old, which is a bit early to become defective by being worn out (O rings had gone, spout came out and wouldn't go back in properly) The thing they should look at is the instruction sheet that seeemed to be a generic sheet for several models, so it would often say you may not have this bit for some models, but you didn't know if that was you or not. Plus I had extra bits to the instructions and no mention of what to do with them. As it was replacing an exisiting tap I just followed what was already there, but a poor instruction sheet should be fixed - it ain't complicated to get it right !.
