Oct 04,2015Reliable and dependable - I'd forgotten I'd enrolled for auto-despatch of replacement filters and having ordered some replacement filters, discovered from my credit card statement that an 'auto-despatch' had been initiated. When contacted, Pozzani cancelled my additional order and refunded the charges within 24 hours - couldn't be fairer!

Was so impressed I ordered a replacement there and then and it arrived in a couple of days as expected. Replaced the filter and the water is now clear once more! I would recommend Pozzani and their excellent service. Job well done!!
