Oct 12,2015We have a twin under sink filter system, every 6 months Pozzani send me an email reminding me that the filters are about due for replacement. Sometimes I agree and sometimes I don't consider they actually need replacement. Whatever I welcome the reminders and with a few weeks always order new ones. Fitting is easy and the filters certainly eliminate the build up of chalk in our glass kettle, I also believe that they remove harmful contaminates, although that is more difficult to confirm. Oct 09,2015I have used a pozzani filter before and fitted it successfully. However this time the joint leaks and doesn't have such a good fit which is frustrating (& wet). I was impressed last time with the product so ordered two filters this time and now wish I had not. Is there anything you can suggest to cure this problem??

Oct 08,2015I recently moved to a refurbished house which included a Pozzani under counter filter but no paperwork. I took a photo and emailed it to Pozzani asking if they could identify the filter and recommend the relevant replacement filter. Although initially I did not receive a response I resent the email and immediately got a response, giving me the model and recommending a replacement. I then went on the website and it was a simple and straightforward buying process. Days later I had the replacement filters and the accompanying instructions for installation were clear and easy to follow. Well done, in particular to Lisa in customer support, I am very impressed!

Oct 07,2015Pozanni sent an email to remind me my water filter needed changing. They gave the price to make it easier to order & also gave the opportunity to buy a cheaper filter, which I took. There may be slightly cheaper filters but I do trust the company, they provided a decent priced replacement & it works/fits. This is the third purchase I have made from them.
