Sep 18,2015I have just moved to a new property with a pozzani filter but the filter was out of date. I emailed the sales team who told me I needed a hard water filter and the replacement stock number. The filter was dispatched and received within a couple of days and works perfectly well.

Sep 16,2015Ordered a replacement water filter, had email to say dispatched, followed by another telling me the item was out of stock, followed by yet another telling me it was in stock and sent. I think you need to sort out your automatic dispatch emails!!! But I guess they communicated well.
