Have had filters from this company for a few years now - so now I don't need to put in the replacement connectors. Fortunately, these are included in the pack. Instructions are clear and easy to use.

Sep 11,2015I ordered a filter tap replacement cartridge for our Carron tap (which, unhelpfully, has no part number on its maintenance leaflet), and the first one I ordered didn't fit. I'd not dealt with Pozzani before, so (based on experience with other companies), I expected to be told it was my fault for ordering the wrong one. However, when I phoned, their staff were ultra-helpful, managed to identify the filter I should have ordered in the first place, sent the correct one out for next-day delivery, and even provided a returns label for the first one. Can't recommend them highly enough, because their prices are great too!!
