I have reached the stage where I now purchase 2 at the same time, thereby saving even more money. Their reminder system is excellent and easy to use, taking the customer direct to the relevant product. All in all a very good company to deal with.

Aug 27,2015This is my 2nd purchase of these cartridges and to be honest, not only are they cheaper than the originals but I think they are better. Living in East Anglia we have probably the hardest water in the UK and it tastes horrible straight from the tap but through these filters it tastes lovely and my kettle has a lot less calcium deposits than with the previous Brita ones. As for ordering from Pozzani, it couldn't be easier and the delivery is very quick. I can highly recommend this company and will be ordering more of these cartridges in another 8 months when they run it !

The next day I had a 'phone call from a very pleasant lady from Pozzani pointing out that the filter I ordered wasn't quite the same as my previous order as the fittings were slightly different. She asked whether I would like them to send me the filter I had previously ordered, I said yes. The filter arrived the following day and fitted perfectly. I was very impressed by such an excellent level of customer care
