Oct 19,2018While I like the Milk and Honey Aromatic Body Butter, I was displeased that there was not the usual seal one finds between product and lid. Some of the body butter transferred to the paper undersurface of the lid, drying in an unattractive brown clump. M. Totman

Oct 12,2018I went to Westshore Mall in Tampa, FL on Friday, October 5, 2018. I was "roped" in by 2 salesmen, and less then an hour later my debit card was maxed out by the vendor. He kept entering higher amounts than quoted. As my bank kept declining the purchase, he continued to enter lower #'s. My bank allowed a $4,111.68 to post to my debit card. I felt trapped! I was never given an itemized receipt. I simply received a small strip of tape from the credit card machine. This all occurred by 4:24 p.m. local time. After leaving the store, I began looking at the 12 small boxes of products that had been placed into 2 fancy shopping bags. None of the items had a retail price sticker stuck to them. Apparently the vendor charges you whatever he feels like at that moment. I later went online and compared the total price of the items I had, only to discover that I had been overcharged at least $ 875.00. All of the prices I compared my product with came directly from the PremierDeadSeaUSA now site. When I returned to the store at 10:30 a.m. the next day and requested a refund, the vendor said, " We do not give refunds." I have contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I also contacted the leasing agent for this vendor located in the Westshore Mall management office. 6 days later I still sit with new, unopened products waiting for an answer from someone. This matter will not disappear. I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau if this matter isn't settled soon. "Let the buyer beware!" I've never felt so scammed in my life!

Oct 01,2018I've had several incidences with Premier when my order that I was received was incomplete. It would be missing an item, causing me to have to call customer service and am on hold for a long time. Also, some of the items I've received did not have tamper free packaging, meaning returned items that have already been open by others were sent to me. Please improve your service, Premier Dead Sea.

Got demonstrated a product with amazing abilities - anti-age facial cream - we bought it (we thought) BUT the guy handed out a plain boby butter for a 10th part of the value instead of the displayed product. We found this out by Google the product when we returned to the hotel (the product name has a very small font on the container). We went back to the store (on Tenerife - Playa de las Americas) and just got told that they did not give the money back. Got another product (for a lower value and much less than what we were initially asked for) as "compensation". Is extremely dissatisfied. NEVER trade with them. It is directed cheating from start to finish. Really bad style !! It must be really bad products since they only can sell in this way

Oct 22,2018I am a very disappointed customer. This is my first time placing an order with you. I placed the order a month ago and I have not even received shipping details. The shipping details provide showed no item found and seemed to be coming from Israel. I sent the screen shot of the link and got no feedback. I am getting automatic emails and the provided number 404 4928133 seems fake. I have sent several emails and tried several calls and I have not been successful. Is this the way you treat your clients? Please someone help me. How do I get my order or my money back. These are hard earned dollars! I hope no one goes through this experience. Its very troubling.
