Jan 24,2019I was sent the wrong product and the wrong free gift. I plan on returning them but the company does not make it easy. Additionally the products are overpriced for their value. They do not respond to my emails. The more I deal with this company the less I like it.

I realize a celebrity endorses this, but she also has unlimited funds to purchase it. I will recommend the products with a warning about the price tag.

Dec 26,2018Thank you, my order has now arrived in Australia and I have received it gladly. One box inside my parcel was packaged well with two full size items wrapped inside the intact box; some product was leaking out of the one wrapped in a plastic bag. I imagined the pump would have an ‘off’ position to avoid this...? The other box was open, both lid and base were squashed and/or ripped, and the items were loose, showing no signs of being wrapped. The pump top was detached from the full size item, but thankfully this was able to be re-attached after minimal twisting. I appreciated the contact with customer service and look forward to using my new products. Cheers

Feb 05,2019On December 31, 2018 we were in Branson, MO. This happened to my wife. We were walking the downtown area. We got in front of Premier Supreme Cosmetics. They practically dragged her inside their store. She told them she did not have the time. They were very persistent. They were very high pressure. She got in there and she reluctantly bought a wrinkle remover for almost $300. It was supposed to last a year. It quit working after 2 weeks. She was preparing to leave when another person grabbed her to show her another product. She tried to resist but the girl was very persistent. After over an hour of being sort of held hostage she was sold a machine for $5000. She is on social security and can not afford this and it is not doing what they said it would do. When we were leaving the store after she had reluctantly agreed to the purchase I saw a sign that says no refunds. This is a very high pressure store. The reviews on Yelp support what I say. There was no phone number on the receipt. They gave her a cell phone number but it was a bogus number. She finally contacted them via email. She provided all the info they asked for but they have only responded by asking for the same information she had already provided. This stores needs investigated. She is 75 years old. What they subjected her to borders on elderly abuse. This store needs shut down.
