Dec 17,2018In the past I have received excellent customer service but that doesn’t happen anymore. You guys made an error on my order and when I spoke to a Tiffany about it she acted like it was a pain for her to get it corrected. Her whole attitude sounded like she hates her job and customers are bothering her. Your product is extremely expensive so at the least we should receive excellent customer service.

Dec 15,2018I ordered from premier their body scrub at first I was disappointed because the product that was sent to me arrived damaged however I contacted customer service and I was provided with an excellent customer support. Overall their products are amazing my first purchase from premier was their body scrub which I purchased at my local mall I fell in love with the results. I had to repurchase their bodyscrub once again through their website this time, I also purchased their Luxury Collection body cream which I am currently loving.

Nov 30,2018Everything is wonderful with Premier Dead Sea and their products. No problems with ordering, shipped quickly and I love the shampoo and eye serum. It actually takes away the bags under my eyes. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because of the high cost of their products.

Nov 21,2018During checkout it stated that I would get one product free, as in buy one get one free. I did see in my cart 2 special gifts, and each stated free, one was a copy of your magazine. When I received my order I did not receive either of the two products purchased with the advertised free second. I did however get a 3year old copy of your magazine, which I think is pretty tacky considering the cost of your products. If you are going to send a free magazine, then at least send one from the current year, not something that is 3 years old. I was truly disappointed with this order considering I didn't get the same product as I ordered free as advertised.

Oct 24,2018I am so upset and disappointed with this company and feel completely stupid. I was used and manipulated to buy these products that have actually hurt my skin. I have dry rash patches on my face and now I am breaking out with fever blisters again. The products are so expensive and now I am trying to find answers and solutions to this issue. I can't use these products that were supposedly good for the skin. But now I have a reciept that says I can't return and am only able to have an exchange. Now I have 160$ worth of products that I can't use and I want my money back. Please don't buy this product I am upset with how this all turned out. Now my face is a mess from the products.
