Once the test was completed and submitted the actual certificate arrived just a few days afterward also as promised. I did not have to make any additional phone calls or email them, everything went very smoothly and the certificate with raised seal was very high quality. Oct 30,2018I was able to study for the AFSP at home on my computer in my own time. The test was in depth and challenging. I found this to be much better than attending a two-day workshop and cost was much more reasonable. I highly recommend this course.

Sep 01,2018The website is fairly basic and straightforward, which made it easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars, but finding the certificate after completion of the course was not very intuitive.

Aug 23,2018Have not received my certificate! They post on their site to get a digital copy of the certificate upon completion but that did not happen and their site - besides being very non-usr friendly- had no way to generate it. (to their credit when I emailed them they did send me one by email). But the 1 star is because I have yet to receive it in the mail, which is what I need to provide the IRS.... Update 1 hour later - they reached out to me by email and offered to send it registered mail within 24 hours, so I am updating my stars to 5, but pending reciept....
