Jul 21,2024Easy to use the website. I am able to see the text content and listen to the video at the same time. It contains transcripts for the voice. If the video can scale larger size will be better. If the transcripts can be adjusted to the bottom position, it will be better of not blocking the slides. Regarding your question, I used apple PC system.Thank you for your reply too.

While belief is still recognized about my review that follows this, I will give credit where credit is due. Upon submitting my review I was promptly contacted by email as well as a follow-up call to talk with me about the review. I was greatly encouraged by the contact and had gained a better knowledge as to reasons for my frustrations. The support in my estimation was stellar and I would encourage anybody utilizing this platform to not hesitate in calling for concerns, support, and further understanding. In my opinion as an educational platform, work needs to be done. A test of 75 questions and never do I get to see what questions I got wrong so to investigate and improve my knowledge of the subject. Utilizing the manual provided, looking into the IRS and FTB websites and various publications, I found myself confused regarding what seemed like comparatively, answers to some questions. The platform became a very frustrating and exasperating experience.
