Delivery time: it takes more than one week to get physical certificate. In addition, "DO NOT BEND" stamp should be used as the envelope was folded to fit on mailing box Certificate Printing Quality: It looks like certificate was printed with printer ink running low; some letters have white spots.

Was easy to complete my training and cheaper than other options. I did have trouble getting my preliminary certificate after completing the course, but I received it very shortly after sending a message that I could not access it.
