The structure of the program was excellent! The guides really break down how well you are absorbing, but this is most useful in building your confidence. I feel very prepared for the Exam after their prep course. Thank you guys for creating such a product and a the price point that is affordable !

The Federal Direct website, customer service, price, online training materials for the Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) course and the exam were of excellent quality, and outstanding preparation. The CAA training was easy to follow, the training material was complete and I learned a lot that I didn’t know before I took the training. The system was user friendly and the staff person who I spoke to on a Saturday afternoon was very helpful, courteous, and was able to answer all of my questions. I will be taking additional preparer training in the near future with this great company.
