Ordered five cartridges for my HP printer on 11 Jan 2025 - arrived quickly, but the first I tried was faulty and then I noticed that two were on, and three were well past, their use by date. Items have been returned, but despite repeated promises, no refund has been received....
A further update on my payment of over £70 for Canon printer inks that I did not receive( Brother inks were sent instead) Prinkerinks support’s assurance that they will return my payment I made 11th January, has still not happened. I have just emailed them, yet again. Please be very wary of using this company, if there are any issues with your order, they seem incapable of resolving it.
A further update. As a previous customer. I note: 1. Online and telephone orders are dealt with promptly and despatched within 24 hours. 2. It is noted that, like me, there have been a number of issues relating to compatible inks not being recognised by the printer and unable to be used. This was not the case with previous orders.The matter was finally expedited via a complaint case raised with Paypal. This is an advisable form o fpayment for goods given the high cost of printer ink cartridges.
I posted an unfavourable review a week ago. It concerned the over complex returns and refunds procedures. Too many individuals involved and lack of communication between staff at printerinks. However, having emailed Albert it was soon resolved and my refund hit my bank today. Thank you Albert for resolving matters promptly once you were involved.
Even though they stated that the replacement cartridge for my printer was 100% guaranteed to work it did not. Have now spent three weeks trying to get a returns label from them. They keep saying they have to get from third party . Can't see the problem with sending this out as I bought from them. Extremely dissatisfied . Following my post on trust pilot. Iwas contacted by printerinks who apologised for the service they had given me. They have now given me a full refund . Shame it took the review to get a positive response.
I placed my order, but upon recieving my receipt, i realised i ordered the incorrect inks. I contacted printerinks and they reimbursed me straight away with no further questions asked. I then proceeded to order a pack of the correct inks which arrived very quickly. Thank you.
Made an enquiry and was fully and courteously answered. Will be able to order with confidence from a supplier that provides such good customer service and supply standards at reasonable prices. One to remember.

When I mentioned that I was deaf, Imran immediately sympathised and spoke SLOWLY. He was exceptionally patient and I was very impressed. He was busy and under pressure but he resolved my problem which had been worrying me and I ordered, initially, a Samsung Toner Cartridge.
Albert was extremely helpful with answering my enquiry. He replied promptly and courteously and it was a pleasure to correspond with him

Despite wrong delivery by EVRI, Imran in customer services resolved the problem quickly and also emailed to update me. Excellent customer service (just hope the cartridges will be as good!)

Excellent customer Service over a delivery problem that wasn't of their making. I find their Ink Cartridges are very good & reliable. It is the thoughtful Customer Service & the quality of their Cartridges that make me into a long term returning customer & happy to recommend them to others.
I had a problem with the failure of a compatible printer ink cartridge soon after installing it in my printer. I reported the problem on the Printerinks website and received a prompt response by email. After some discussion about the possible cause of the problem a replacement ink cartridge was dispatched. The new cartridge works fine.

I ordered a new printer cartridge for my printer. When I installed it I found it wouldnt print. I phoned printerinks and spoke to a very helpful assistant called Albert. He tried to help by talking me through a process which could have activated the cartridge. Unfortunately it failed. Albert very kindly advised that he would send a new cartridge free of charge. On receipt of the new cartridge I installed it and it worked perfectly. I returned the faulty cartridge to printer inks. I was very satisfied with the positive outcome and Albert’s good customer service on behalf of printerinks
The free gift that was offered with my order didn’t arrive. I questioned it with customer service, and received an apology. My gift arrived a week or so later. I’m happy with the outcome
