Sep 11,2022I sold a seven-year old road bike with a good specification. They quickly reviewed the photographs I sent and offered me a very good price within twenty-four hours. My bike was couriered up to them and full payment was sent to my bank account promptly. It was a completely pain-free experience for me. I felt the price they offered was comparable or even higher than if I had opted for a sale on eBay (without the crippling charges). Highly recommended.

The response to my enquiry was rapid. A return was arranged and a full refund issued. I feel this is a company that you can trust and I will continue to watch the website looking for other equipment. They all seem like genuine and good guys.

Jul 22,2022Customer Service as it should be. I recently used Cycletrade and unfortunately we had a little issue with the order, I contacted them and they were quick to get back to me with a solution. The solution worked for me, I kept part of the order and sent the wrong item back (these things happen), I was promptly contacted to say they had received the item back and was then promptly refunded for said item. Their communication was excellent through out the sale and the issue. I would happily recommend this company I and will certainly use again in the future. It is often not the problem but how the problem is resolved and I was more than happy how this was resolved. Keep up the awesome work, customer service or service like this seems hard to come by these days. One of the good companies :).

Jul 21,2022I was in desperate need of a Mountain Bike Fork but my budget couldn't allow me to get the specific brand and type of fork I wanted because my budget was less by more than half of the required cost of a fork. As I was googling around I came across cycletrade and they delivered a better MTB fork of very high quality, specification and most importantly within my budget.

Jul 20,2022Paid with Google Pay which used an old delivery address by accident so I immediately contacted customer support who told me no problem they would amend it to the correct address. This didn't happen and the item was then sent to my old address which is 150 miles away so I obviously could not get the item. I contacted them since and have had no response. Won't be using these again.
