found this place was a good place to get my bike serviced very quick and new bike parts fitted quickly.having used Halfords for my electric bike repairs last 2 years i have decided to use a local bike repair shop as Halfords has abandoned all its regular customers. Cycletrade has good customer service and don't keep your bike for a week to get repairs done thanks i will be back for new tyres soon

Bought a Silver service and was told at the end I paid too much so they knocked it down to a bronze service and used the left over money to go towards parts I need meaning I wasn't spending even more. Great work and very helpful.

Have purchased bikes both for myself and girlfriend from cycletrade, hers a carrera hybrid and mine a beautiful ribble road bike. Both of us are v. happy with our purchases! The guys in the shop are friendly and ready to help & give advice, as well as helping me fix a wheel problem on my old bike free of charge - totally recommend!

Great bunch of people, always happy to help, and educate, as well as highly knowledgeable in all things related to bikes. Prices are highly competitive as well. 10/10.

This is my second visit to cycletrade in 2 months and in both visit the staff could not have been better. They helped source the parts I required (new and used) to help me finish my MTB project. The team also helped fit the parts I could not for a very reasonable price. They came highly recommended to me and I now know why. Friendly, knowledgeable and good workmanship I'd definitely recommend and will be back. Tam Hare

Cycletrade were great, the guys were really professional and friendly. It was so easy to pay online for a gold service on an old bike, they got me to test drive upon pick up to make sure i was happy. I now feel much safer that my bike has been properly looked over. I’d use them again.

Bought a bike from these guys just before lockdown, I discovered an issue with it but was unable to get to the, the guys were brilliant and sorted the issue no bother, nice and friendly great service, would recommend 😊
