Keval at cycle trade went above and beyond to ensure our daughter got her bike in time for Christmas Day. Looks like they have a great selection of parts too. 5 star customer service, many thanks.

Good however chain snapped within 5 mins. Took it to shop and said cassette had to be replaced too, £100 (!) all in. Edit: Apologies got my vendors mixed up Mudguards are great and delivered quickly! Thank you!

Good price compared to other mainstream cycle parts business's. Quality grading as described. Why not 5 stars? Packaging wasn't the best for a rear derailleur, was packaged in bubble wrap! No damage though, but would have expected it in a box. Will probably use again though, if they have what I'm looking for :-)

Item as described on line :) Good to give a new home to a part unloved by someone else Price acceptable Why not 5 stars ? - Slow delivery - indicated shipped and packed on Sunday - did not arrive until late Friday - slightly longer than stated shipping time - of course this may have been an issue with Hermes.

The part ordered arrived. It took a few days which wasn't a problem but I got requests for a review of the service which caused me to think that the delivery had been lost.

The wheels ordered were duly delivered, on time and looked fine... However, when fitted, the cones were so loose that there was ~ 10mm lateral play in the rear wheel - so I investigated. The cones were not even finger tight on one side of the wheel - careless ! I then stripped the wheel down, and the cones on the nearside were completely pitted - utterly worn out - not at all impressed ! I’ve replaced the useless cones and rebuilt the wheel and everything is fine now, but this shouldn’t be necessary - Come on guys, this isn’t a good performance. By comparison, an earlier purchase from yourselves was fine - I, very happy with that, but you were way off on this one guys - a poor performance.

I've always been a bit reluctant to buy used/second hand equipment but bought a saddle because the photos showed no obvious real damage or flaws and the price was really, really good. I noted that it was grade B which is normally used but it in good condition. When the saddle arrived I can only say that I was and still am delighted with my purchase. Delivery was prompt too. All for recycling and this form is great. Probably we would all be better, in many ways, if we supported buying and selling in this manner.

The part I was after which was front suspension forks wth a screw thread top end was not available new and there was just the one used one on cycletrade at a low price and that was just perfect! Quick delivery in just a few days and then able to repair bike and back on the road. Well pleased!
