Found this site via eBay, and I’m so pleased I did! Called for advice and was blown away by how knowledgable and friendly they were. Would recommend this shop to anyone, and I’ll definitely be visiting again!

It's all good. Received items on good condition as advertised. Sometimes just lacking desciption on some items but their chat system is really quick and good though. I will definitely buy some more stuff. Trust me I will. Kudos to y'all.

Had both my bikes serviced by them and bought a third off them today. Amazing customer service from brilliant guys who are friendly,. honest and knowledgeable. Don't bother going anywhere else!! All my bikes run incredibly well thanks to them!

I was not aware of Cycletrade- but after contacting many bike repair shops and being told that I had to book in at least two weeks in advance for a repair- I was so impressed by cycle trade looking at my bike on the same day. It was clear that they knew what they were doing- and got my bike sorted that same day! This is a massive improvement on where I would go for repairs previously! This will now be my go to shop for all bike related services!

Took an old bike in for a gold service and was very happy with the outcome. Easy to book the bike in online, good communication about replacement components options, plus a quick turnaround. I will definitely use again.

I just discovered this hidden treasure in Glasgow - great staff, great attitude and real can-do aura about the place. And they have a couple of Choppers in stock among the thousands of other spare parts. I could easily spend an afternoon in there and leave with two bikes and a bucket of parts. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend them enough. If you need a spare part to DIY or to drop your bike off with them for work to be done, keep these guys at the top of the list.

No one could have been any more helpful. A very honest group of people that are obviously very passionate about what they do. Keval and Tam were both very attentive, and did a great job of making my bike a much more enjoyable experience to cycle. Top marks 👍🏻
