Ordered a single property record report when I bought my house. Realized a couple of months later that they were charging my card $20 a month. I contacted customer service service and rep was helpful, canceled my account with them and is refunding some of the money but I never signed up for what they call the volume package.

I used the service for a one time request which worked perfectly. Accidentally signed up for a membership by mistake and customer service voided everything quick and smooth.

I requested a report about my home and somehow ended up with a monthly charge of $9.95. Be very careful in dealing with these people. All of the information in the report is very easily accessible in public records and was not particularly useful.

I need to close this account because it’s not what I was looking for and I still charge. But I went into my account to stop anything from charging my card but no where was there a spot to do so. So I got on a chat to stop everything and it didn’t even take 10 minutes to do but they did it so thank you so much for the help.

Was charged 20 dollars for no reason, and didnt know that there's some kind of discount package. Contact the live chat agent. they help me to remove the charged and account. It was done within less than 10 minutes. which was wonderful. Thank you
