Feb 17,2025I requested a report about my home and somehow ended up with a monthly charge of $9.95. Be very careful in dealing with these people. All of the information in the report is very easily accessible in public records and was not particularly useful.

Feb 18,2025Ordered a single property record report when I bought my house. Realized a couple of months later that they were charging my card $20 a month. I contacted customer service service and rep was helpful, canceled my account with them and is refunding some of the money but I never signed up for what they call the volume package.
