Feb 13,2025Was charged monthly for several months when I looked up my own property one time. The hidden button upon paying the initial fee for this has accumulated to over $100 not even including the original request to search. Very misleading and would not recommend the service for this very reason. I did get the information but had I not identified the charges, who knows how long I would have been paying for a service I never use.

Feb 14,2025Probably didn’t read all the details as I was looking some other information and was billed way more than I thought it was. Sounds like the start of a bad review…First of all, it was very quick and easy. Results were virtually instant and a follow up email was received making sure all was good. A couple days later, when I realized I was billed far more than expected, I was thinking wtf and was not happy. I still had the follow up email so I replied and expressed my disappointment. Again, a very quick response that conveyed concern along with a full refund. In summary, the company provided a detailed report , a kind response and refund when I complained, and overall provided excellent customer service.
