Feb 16,2025I paid for some records search on a property. After seeing an additional charge a couple weeks later, I contacted support. Apparently, I had unknowingly subscribed to an ongoing service. I asked that my account be cancelled and the charge refunded. It was promptly taken care of. Great Service!!

When I asked for a refund on charges I wasn't aware occured, he immediately refunded me my money. I wish more companies operated this way.

Feb 16,2025Hello. I purchased an online report for $1 and then, after 1 week probably, I received a charge of $20 ( I didn't subscribe to Propertyrecs!). I sent an email to their customer service (support email address) and they solved the issue in less than 5 minutes. I was refunded. Great service and customer service experience.

Feb 15,2025Customer service is great but the fact that this website automatically subscribes you to $20 a month with no option to cancel on your own is a joke. Kinda lame how many charges there are. Feels like they’re scamming people when their website doesn’t offer any user account preferences/options

Feb 15,2025Charged me for a volume package without my consent. I ordered 1 property rec ($1) that had the same information as Zillow + a list of local sex offenders. Then they charged me $20 out of the blue for something I didn't want. Horrible service. Very responsive customer service though.
