Feb 23,2025the support person, Donna, was helpful once it was determined that there was a glitch in the system. I will give her 5 stars. I appreciated that the money I had paid, for which I recieved nothing, was being refunded. However the program or application only gets one star, if that because of it's confusing and off center instructions and attempts to get double the money for zero return.

Feb 23,2025I was very happy with their customer service. I used the service one time and did not realize it was a subscription based service at the time. When I realized what had happened, I contacted them to cancel and for refund and they were very, very prompt in resolving the matter. I am a big fan of great customer service and they are a great example of this practice. Thank you again Andy!!
