I did not like the fact that I continued to be charged after paying for a title search and then closing the account. What I liked was the easy search for the information, and the accuracy, I also liked the professionalism of your customer care person.

the support person, Donna, was helpful once it was determined that there was a glitch in the system. I will give her 5 stars. I appreciated that the money I had paid, for which I recieved nothing, was being refunded. However the program or application only gets one star, if that because of it's confusing and off center instructions and attempts to get double the money for zero return.
I was very happy with their customer service. I used the service one time and did not realize it was a subscription based service at the time. When I realized what had happened, I contacted them to cancel and for refund and they were very, very prompt in resolving the matter. I am a big fan of great customer service and they are a great example of this practice. Thank you again Andy!!

The data people reached out to me and asked me specifically what I wanted and then sent it to me. You don't get that kind of service online usually today.

I was charged $20.00 for an unknown reason. The company did close my account (I didn't know I had opened one), and they refunded my $20 although it's yet to be seen.
I did not mean to buy a subscription and they refunded me no questions asked.
