Charges cards without authorization or notification even if you just purchase one set of documents. They'll keep charging you 20 a month until you contact to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous.

After just spending 30 minutes on a very confusing website (MO Division of Motor Vehicles), I got worried that I had entered my MC and did not complete the purchase, and couldn't figure out who $1 was going to, etc. I must have written to what I thought was MO DMV, when I heard back from Jeremy. Then Andy followed up to another of my frantic questions. Both their emails were: 1. Very prompt 2. Specific 3. Concise 4. Respectful 5. Written in comprehensible, good English 6. Sort of exuded an attitude that I'm in good hands, after... (well, you know how this culture is becoming scary.) 6. It was very reassuring to me in some way I can't describe. Like, "Oh! In the middle of all this chaos, in a world where even the Post Office cannot be trusted, here are these two guys who are perfect, and I can trust them." (P.S. I am not crazy. I was a licensed psychologist and a college professor. I'm just moved that there is something left that can be counted on.)

Please be VERY careful, you will need to purchase your report, and then call your bank and deny future charges.... because they automatically enroll you in a monthly plan without your knowledge. (I don't have any email receipt, or info on why they started charging me a monthly fee). YES, I got the 1 report I needed. BUT, I ended up getting charged an extra 108+ dollars over the course of the next few months for no reason, and no explanation as to what it was for.
