Mar 02,2025The reports I received were excellent. Comprehensive and just what I needed. But I was disappointed a few months later to find that I had been unknowingly subscribed to an undisclosed membership that I did not need. They were prompt to respond and offer a refund. Hopefully that wil be processed. Otherwise, great service. Just watch out.

Mar 02,2025Web site misleading, I was looking for property information such as location of sewer, plot plan and some architectural design when the house was built. Web site stated it has that info which it didn't. I tried to cancel the subscription but still was charged for 2 months.

Mar 01,2025When I received my credit card statement, there was a $20 charge from propertyrec.com, which I had never heard of. The charge was listed as occuring on 2/19. When I contacted the company and asked about it, they said it was a $20.00 charge as part of the "volume discount package". I am retired. I am not looking at properties. There's no way I made this purchase. They're going to refund me and "close my account", which I don't remember opening. How did they get my information?
