Mar 01,2025This is a dishonest company! Do not give them your credit card number or they will charge you $20 monthly for nothing. They lie about it only being $1 to find your property tax records. Then they proceed to charge your account $20 a month. Very dishonest company and a complete scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!

Mar 01,2025This company provided a valuable service when I needed property information. It was in depth, very thorough with lots of information. Initially there was confusion with the fee for a single report one per customer for $1 and I was also getting charged for an ongoing subscription, but when I discovered the issue and provided them with information, they made it right and refunded the overcharged amounts.
