May 22,2024Very disappointing My business is going the same Paid a loan off and had a line of credit, wanted to keep it going and got declined for a line of credit to continue , never missed a payment Reduced my repayments with Prospa Does not make sense All I wanted was to keep the line of credit instead I’ve got a loan Again Very very confusing and disappointing A few years ago , paid my loan back early , questioned it , tax time came ,asked for the statements , overpaid $4000 and Prospa kept it , no sorry , out of pocket for a year of $4000 Just repaid , and still no sorry
