Sep 30,2024From the initial consultation to completion of the works the staff were excellent and professional . The installation was very efficient and was up and running very fast . All the necessary paperwork from the ESB networks to the grant application was handled without any issues. Any queries I had the technical help was very helpful and were able to address them . I am extremely happy with my PV system and it is performing extremely well.

Everything happened to schedule, the installation team were a pleasure to deal with and back up from the office was excellent. Solar panels in about 2 months now and all working very well. Would highly recommend PV Gen for solar installation

Sep 19,2024In my case there was an issue with pairing the Eddi/Harvi/Grid and I was concerned about my energy bills.I spoke to Michelle Sherry and she made several callbacks to me and sent emails to myself and Myenergi to get it sorted.By being so helpful and seeing it through to the end it took the stress out of the whole problem.In future I would call her or her colleagues if I have concerns.After troubleshooting with Michelle for almost two weeks I know a lot more about pairing devices. I'm not tech savvy so Michelle took such a huge interest in getting to the bottom of it and stuck with me until it was fixed.

Sep 19,2024Very efficient process from start to finish. All staff extremely helpful and respond to any questions in a timely and detailed manner. Follow up check ins to ensure everything is working OK was unexpected but very welcome as well. Would highly recommend PV Generation to anyone considering getting solar panels.

Sep 18,2024I am writing this review as I have had issues with my PVGen solar app not responding I contacted Michelle Sherry in technical support team who was so helpful and knowledgeable about there product she went above and beyond to help me. Went through step by step procedures with me and stayed with me until my issues were resolved which were internet frequency issues and not pv solar issues Fantastic service very good tech support

Sep 14,2024We just got 10 solar panels installed on our garage roof. I must say that the end to end experience of PV gen was fantastic. From the initial call we knew we were in safe hands. Everything was professionally done from initial site inspection, design and final installation. On the day of installation the team were extremely nice and explained everything to us after installation. You wouldn’t even know they had been here as everything was tidied up nicely. A great experience and would highly recommend PV gen.

Sep 14,2024It has been over a year since we got our solar panels installed at our home by PV Generation. They made the entire process very easy. We have been so happy every since with very little problems with PV Generation customer support assisting me as soon as they can. Would highly recommend!

Sep 13,2024It's now 7 months since the installation of our Solar panels. And I must congratulate PV GEN for the backup service they provide. I had no access to the app on two occasions and within minutes of my phone call to tech support, my app was up and running again, They walked me through the process and now I watch the performance of the Panels which helps us to cut my electricity use, I look forward to getting a Cheque shortly from all we saved since Feb.
