Oct 17,2024PV Gen installed our Solar Panels in June 2021. The installation was very neat and tidy. Everything was well explained. In fairness it took a while (a few months) to schedule the work as they were very busy but that wasn't a big issue for us. We got a battery as part of the 3.75 kWp system and moved to the night rate with our electricity provider. The system has 10 south facing solar panels. On a really nice sunny day in summer it generates 25 kW of solar power. Even in winter it generates 1-2kW. The app is very good for tracking output and consumption and what is fed to the Grid for the micrgeneration payment. About 2 years later my wife bought a Hybrid car and PV Gen installed the charger - another service that was well delivered. The new app that accompanies the charger gives greater control of the overall system including ability to boost the water with the immersion (with the older app the water was on a schedule that was configured at the Eddi). There is no maintenance with the solar panels but if there is any issue PV Gen are very good to deal with. Overall, I would highly recommend PV Gen and look forward to many more years of free electricity. It has definitely saved us a lot of money in annual electricity costs.

Oct 17,2024Delighted with our panels. Was the best decision we ever made. The installation was completed in under 2 days by what I would say was an exceptional team. We did have a couple of small issues but can truthfully say the backup team at PV generation were amazing.

Oct 08,2024From my initial contact with PV Generation regarding solar panels everything went smoothly. Ronan, salesman explained everything about solar panels, grants available, how to apply for grant & the installation process. Office staff contacted me shortly after this & gave me a date & emailed everything in detail about the process. The company did all the detailed paperwork, which was brilliant. The solar panel installation team & electricians came as planned & left the house inside & outside clean & tidy & took away packaging etc. I was very impressed with the whole process. I would highly recommend PV GENERATION to anybody thinking of installing Solar Panels.

On the installation the arrived when they said they would and the work proceeded like clockwork. To paraphrase an ad. "They did what they said on the brochure".

Oct 17,2024The process was straightforward and easy from start to finish. The salesman Robert explained the procedures and completed all documentation for the grant and gave me reading material to enable me understand how the system worked and gave me a week to consider before deciding and sending deposit. Customer Service in the office kept in touch right through the process. The installation crew arrived exactly at agreed time and took great care with every aspect of the installation. They did not leave until they completed all the paperwork and setup and explained the workings of the app on my phone to enable me monitor the electricity being produced by the panels. They checked in with me during the installation to ensure I was happy with the quality of the workmanship. Any contact I had with any member of the company was both friendly and professional. From my experience I would highly recommend PV Generation.
