Dec 19,2023We were pleased with the installation. Jordan was on top of his job and always responded to any queries or issues. They were also quick to come out and sort the issues. A few notes to improve upon. They should be aware of how every eneregy operator looks at how and when they are going to apply fed in kwhs. Left a few wires loose around the attic area . Not sure either how to check if every panel is working as it should. Feedback on this would be great.

There was a full inspection after works were completed with items fully addressed to ensure full compliance. Overall, a high level of service.

Dec 18,2023Very organised and always very friendly. From start to finish I felt well looked after, and any question I had, anyone in the company I talked to, I was always helped. I especially appreciated the fact that PV Generation did all the paperwork, it all worked out without a problem. They also arranged the BER assessment after, I only had to arrange a date for the assessment with the BER assessor who contacted me, and the report was sent to me as soon as PV Generation got it. I'm really happy with the service they provided!

Dec 16,2023we recently got 17 panels installed on our home, the men that installed them were all very helpful and done an excellent job. i got 3 companies to quote me and even that PV Gen was not the cheapest Mark the sales man could answer any question i had and he explained everything, and afterwards if i msg him he was quick to reply with any other question i had and helpful advice. some departments/people were slower getting back to me and replying to my email. hopefully they will work out good for us. i would recommend PV Gen if your interested in pv panels.

Dec 16,2023Joe Long sales and Tech was absolutely brilliant and gave us great advice on what we needed that saved us money, the fitting team both electrical and roofers were 1st class and done a very neat work , great all round experience, would recommend this company to anyone thinking of investing in solar panels.

Dec 16,2023Sys installedJan 2022. Since install the access to the Apps to review the usage, import and export of data has not worked. The issue worsen to the point there was big gaps in the recorded data. I request support for a year and got little progress in resolving the issue. Then the recording of data and access to the App stopped completely. I was sent request for Support from PVGEN and was directed to deal with the Supplier of the inverter Goodwe. I disagreed with this and requested support from PVGEN Technical to call to my house. They did not send support. After nearly 2 years of issues I final got the issue resolved via one of the support person calling to the house.

There was a pre installation check which meant there were no surprises or issue during the installation. The installation itself was very quick and the lads were lovely. I'm very glad I went with pvgen

I had priced a number of providers, but I found PV Gens scheduling and timetable very clear with a concrete indication to each of the processes. The team were very knowledgeable and I found their advice very helpful. The day of the install the team arrived on time and were very efficient with all the equipment installed promptly. The equipment used is of the higest standard and I confident it will stand the test of time. I'm very happy my power generation since the panels were installed and am considering installing more panels on my garage in very near future. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.

Dec 15,2023We were very happy with the service we received by PVGeneration, Joe Long was particularly helpful, patient and accommodating to to our various requests for further information, changed layouts and different options we were considering, the installation crew were great and overcame difficulties encountered as a result of how the hot press had been wired by myself...the system has been up and running now for perhaps 9 months with no outages, wifi issues etc, teh panels provided look much better on the roof than many other arrays i've seen locally provided by different companies,

Installers were neat and tidy and the commissioning team gave a great handover. I would highly recommend PV Generation to anyone considering a PV installation.

Got 11 Solar panels, 1x5kw Battery, inverter and a Zappi Car Charger installed The team that installed the panel on the roof were excellent as were the electricians. Post sales service has been great too. Would recommend them.

Dec 15,2023Overall, this service and product has been very good. I have it for almost 5 months now and really seeing the benefits in my bills. I found it efficient and very good as a whole. I was happy with sales, any after service I required but wasn’t overly enthused by the installation on the day although I have to say they were punctual and hard working. One of my panels broke on the day of installation, this had to be replaced the following day. I have absolutely no issue with this, accidents happen but there was zero communication from the workmen about the issue and no explanation as to why the work was being held up. We eventually got to the bottom of it when a male family member called to the house and they communicated issue with him. I don’t know why issue couldn’t have been communicated with me (I’m female). My other issue was that my inverter was placed in the attic and stopped my sky from working as the workers had somehow interfered with it. Again, not a big issue and they did fix this the following morning but when I looked in the attic after they had left, they had completely messed all the insulation around my hot water tank and this will possibly need to be rectified in the future. I was very disappointed to see this. There were also a number of nails left in garden (possibly inevitable) but dangerous for little feet or paws. Overall, as I originally said I was mostly happy with service/product but given that they were more expensive than competitors I was disappointed with the issues I experienced during the installation process but had absolutely no issues pre installation or post installation.

From beginning to end, there was someone at the end of a phone at all times and I have a will continue to recommend them to everyone I speak too .

Dec 20,2023From point of contact to installation and hand over it was stress and hassle free. My installation was in early May 23 about 6 weeks ahead of scheduled date. In two days my solar panels were commissioned and generating power. To date December 23 my system has generated in excess of 3 MW. On these dull December days 3.5 - 5 KW are generated. I didn’t buy an eddie as I have an AGA cooker which heats water cooks our meals keeps the kitchen and living room warm for the winter my months, it also drys the laundry. I also have a smart day/night meter which is utilised effectively during the winter months. For these reasons I didn’t buy a battery. These were the main reasons I chose PV Generation as there wasn’t the hard sell I had from other her solar panel companies who insisted I needed both Eddie and battery. My system is ready to install both should I need them in future. Any query I have is dealt with speedily and efficiently. I would recommend PV Generation as a Solar PV company.
