May 18,2021Location and cottage were both fabulous, everything worked very well for both of us and our 2 dogs. The inner hallway and utility room were extremely useful when drying off wet dogs. Cottage on arrival extremely clean and cosy. We couldn’t have asked for more, except for more sun! Many thanks as well to Quality Cottages for their excellent service.

May 18,2021Excellent location, perfect for walking. Coast path minutes away, lots of locations to visit by car. Phone call is a nice touch on the first evening. Property is a good size,very comfortable and well stocked with everything you require. Pub and cafe within walking distance. Food good.Highly recommended

May 17,2021Yr Hafan is a wonderful location to stay, large beautiful garden (to windy to sit sadly) very comfortable inside and welcoming hosts (not forgetting the dog). Plenty of useful touring information available. Excellent base for Coast Path. Quality Cottages phone service is not so good - asked them a question on a Sunday and was given a hard time on proving who I was, "will call you back" but never did. Web site worked well.

May 16,2021Temple cottage was the perfect home for our weeks holiday. The cottage was very clean & extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the under floor heating & log burner were lovely as the weather was fairly chilly whilst we were staying. The furnishings & lovely welsh textiles were very appealing as was the fire pit in the garden which has amazing views of the sea. All in all the perfect escape! Quality cottages provided excellent communication & service, we’ll definitely book again.

May 16,2021Excellent cottage with enclosed garden. Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Ty Hir. Plenty of space but still very homely & warm. The AGA cooker is superb & so easy to use. Thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

May 14,2021Lovely cosy cottage that was as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. Great location close to the Ceredigion coast. Highlight was being able to view the amazing night sky through the skylights whilst lying in bed!

May 13,2021We had a wonderful week at the Cwtch. The cottage was really comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The owners were really friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was just a short walk to the centre of Laugharne and there was plenty to do nearby, despite the restrictions. We would love to return!

May 12,2021Superb cottage with everything you could need. Excellent location, just a few mins walk into the centre. Cottage had a secure garden which was a little suntrap so perfect for chilling after a long walk along the coast. Loved it so much we are going to go back next year

May 11,2021Still no activation email for account, have requested FIVE TIMES. Checked junk folder and it's not there. Also, requested password reset - nothing came through. It's 10am on a Monday and "no-one is available for online chat". Waited until Tuesday midday to see if anything arrived, still nothing, absolutely terrible customer service. It's midday on a Tuesday and "no-one is available for online chat". Very concerned as a potential fraud.

May 11,2021Ffynnon Wdig is a beautiful cottage with a high standard of furniture and fittings and very stylish. The location is great with wonderful sea views and sunsets from the sitting room and master bedroom. It is very peaceful. It does need better Wifi though.

May 10,2021We stayed at Court Lodge for three nights. Perfect well equiped with all you need, a lovely sunny spot to sit outside and enjoy listening to the river and the birds. Great walks from the door. We needed to get hold of the owner when we were there which was easy and they were very helpful.Thank you a lovely spot to unwind .

May 10,2021Horizons is a wonderful large house, beautiful views with direct access to inland sea. Everything you need and more Lovely beaches nearby. Hot tub large and welcoming. Secure garden for dogs. Owners on hand and helpful. A very enjoyable stay, we were 6 adults, 1 baby, 1 dog. Would return and recommend

May 10,2021They say you don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong and they have to fix it. We got hit by the first Covid lockdown within weeks of our cottage booking. No fuss, no problems, we were offered a refund or the option to re-book. So we re-booked the same week a year later thinking Covid would be history then. Second lockdown! But QC kept us informed of the rule changes (important as Wales is out of step with England) and everything went smoothly in the end as rules relaxed JUST in time! Had a great week, which we all felt we really needed by then!

May 09,2021We have just had a great week in an apartment in St. Davids. This was originally booked for Oct 2020, but had to be moved due to lockdown. Quality Cottages were fantastic at helping us move the dates and keeping us informed of developments. They will be the first site we look at when booking accommodation in West Wales again.

May 19,2021We usually book holidays independently but this year with Covid wanted the extra peace of mind of a company. Quality Cottages have been outstanding! From the really kind and helpful lady who helped me to book over the phone to their emails and texts leading up to the stay. The properties were both really high quality and I felt assured if there had been any problems they would have been on hand. We look forward to booking with them in the future.
