Apr 24,2021We had a superb week weather wise and The Old Boathouse was well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet and restorative. Unfortunately, there were incidences with a burst pipe, smoke alarms and loss of power. There were also some cleaning issues. However, we will be returning to this stunning area in the future.

This house is perfect in every way - spacious, well equipped, warm, comfy beds, lovely bedding, all (high-spec) mod cons, sunny private garden, remarkably secluded and peaceful for its central location in St. Davids. Plentiful takeaways and handy Nisa supermarket. Great wine from the local deli ! We have had a wonderful week of walking, climbing, reading, re-charging and enjoying beautiful St.Davids and North Pembrokeshire. We even managed to forget about the C-word for much of the time. Thank you!

Apr 09,2021Whitwell is a great, modern, very tasteful, perfect cottage, in an ideal spot in easy reach of gorgeous beaches and the lilly ponds. The garden is enclosed and keeps the wind out and we sat there happily despite the cold weather. It's absolutely silent at night. The owner is wonderful and offers help when needed. We hope to come back.

Apr 08,2021A very comfortable stay at Rose Cottage, which is well equipped with quality fittings. Huge garden that borders the river is ideal for exercising the dogs. Enjoyed the stay so much, we have already booked a return visit for later in the year.

Apr 03,2021Lovely cottage, brilliant location. Really well equipped and very homely. Heating problem was very quickly resolved by owner and caretaker. WiFi really good which my teens were happy about! We’d love to stay again - highly recommended.

Mar 30,2021We booked a cottage in Wales with this company and paid a deposit in August last year and the remainder in January this year £563 in total. We were meant to go on holiday on 13th March but it wasn't possible because of Covid restrictions. Even though it was crystal clear that the holiday was never going to happen, first we were told we couldn't ask for a refund as it was too early, then we were told we could have a refund, then we were told a refund had to wait until the First Minister for Wales made a statement, then we were told we had to wait until the Prime Minister had made a statement. Then we were told wait 21 days. Then we were told the refund had been given to their accounts department but it would take up to 28 days. 29 days later we have no refund and no responses to our emails. I would never use or recommend this company again - they have broken their contract with us on numerous occasions.

Mar 12,2021Quite a slick booking system, but wouldn't let me book the extra insurance no matter what. I ticked add, clicked accept, then when I went to the next page it would say not added. Tried a few times :-(
