May 05,2020Whilst I understand that the Covid-19 crisis is effecting all businesses, to not offer a refund, even less the deposit is absolutely despicable. this would have been the 4th time me or my family would have stayed at one of your properties- never again.

Apr 23,2020We had a dispute with an owner who withheld 330 GBP of our security deposit. Quality cottages were of no help and actively refused to help us deal with the owner. Their "advice" was for us to write to the holiday property and hope the owner got the mail. I would not use this company.

The properties on the site were all of a really high standard and we were not disappointed with the house we booked.

Feb 21,2020Please be careful when you book. You cannot cancel. This is glossed over when they take your deposit but you are liable for the whole amount and they will charge you. I don’t know whether the property was actually re let but I don’t trust this company now and will not use them again.

Feb 19,2020We have had some fabulous cottages through Quality Cottages in a lot of different places. Photos and descriptions have always been accurate and the process of booking is seamless. Would recommend and have recommended to friends and family. They also have a wider range of cottages listed in Wales than most of their competitor Self-catering listing sites.
