Feb 17,2020Always had a lovely and delightful place to stay ..easy to deal with and very friendly..been a customer for many many years taken many different family members and friends along for a super time and even been a few times on my own with just my dog..highly recommended

Feb 17,2020We booked our cottage for our honeymoon and it was a fabulous experience. There were fresh flowers, wine and eggs when we arrived with a card congratulating us on our marriage and wishing us a wonderful week. The booking process was so simple and easy it took all the pressure of trying to find somewhere for us to truly relax away. Emails were responded to quickly within a coupe of days and questions were answered well. The cottage itself was clean, cosy and instructions to get into the property were easy to follow. The hand book inside provided lots of information about places to go and areas of interest. The only thing we did need more of were logs for the log fire or the facility to chop our own from the log store. We could not of asked for a more perfect location to stay after our wedding and really escape and rest ourselves in this modern crazy world! We will use Quality Cottages for future holidays that is a definite. Thank you :)

Feb 17,2020Have used quality cottages on a couple of occasions, not the best for replying to questions etc. On one occasion I tried to book a property I had rented previously & the operator said she would speak to the owners & get back to me, they never did, disappointing!!

We stayed in St. David the first time and without doubt the cottage was excellent and more than lived up to quality cottages description. Have used them a couple of times since when holidaying in Wales and would do so again without hesitation. The range of cottages they have is fantastic and you can tell by the selection why they named themselves 'Quality Cottages' because all the cottages live up to that statement - "Quality"

Feb 15,2020So easy to book with Quality Cottages, they will search for you if you don't know the area. We stayed at Trepuet near St Davids. It's a lovely farm house with everything you need, and a massive garden. Loads of wildlife in the garden, swallows and robins nesting in the barn. Great area with lovely beaches and coastal walks. St Davids is a short walk away. Would certainly stay there again.

Feb 13,2020I have used quality cottages a few times, in particular in the St David's area. One excellent cottage in particular we have returned to 3 times, but we have also used others. All have been good quality, and resulted in a highly enjoyable stay. The admin team have always been efficient and knowledgeable.

Feb 12,2020Quality cottages staff went out of their way to confirm parts of the booking for us with the owner.. The property was clean and facilities and equipment were very good. This is a large house very suitable for eight adults and a couple of dogs. Wardrobe space was limited and could have been a bit better but was manageable. Location to local pubs and restaurants was excellent. Tenby easily reachable for a day out. Meals at Royal oak in centre brilliant. Overall a great holiday.

Feb 12,2020I have booked holidays with quality cottages a number of times and have never been disappointed the name speaks for the rentals they are the best quality. The staff are very pleasant and nothing is to much trouble., its a very easy and pleasant process booking with them. Also the owners of the holiday properties are also very nice and accommodating which leads me to believe quality cottages are vetting them and looking for a high standard which in my opinion are achieving. The only downside with the company is that they only sevice Wales!
