Aug 03,2023Went on website today and made an enquiry. Amy contacted me and asked what time I would like to view car, said 4pm. Received a call from Mo asking if I could come earlier, met Mo at 3:30, very friendly and informative about the car. Had to part exchange my car and was made a good offer. Sat down with Pam who did the payment side very smoothly. In total I was here for just over an hour and everything was great.

Aug 01,2023Great until they have your money, previously asked us to review whilst at the showroom and we put 5*. Can understand why now, be warned once they have your money the customer service ends. At purchase I was informed they would repair the paintwork on the car (it was delivered with the scratches they said they would repair). A refund was offered to make up for the false promise of sorting the paintwork (no refund has been received). When calling about the refund staff are dismissive and do not get back to you (like they say they will). Overall untrustworthy, would be better off spending your money elsewhere.
