Jun 01,2023Everything was superb. From the customer service I received from Simon Carlos to the very fast timing it took to get the samples of my patches. Once I approved my samples and yes there were a few tweaks needed, which they fixed immediately, it took maybe a week to get in the mail. Very very great company and great quality. I'll definitely be back in the future.

May 05,2023Multiple patch test runs for a custom jacket. My project manager Simon Carlos - had it all under control - coordinated the design file edits, changes in shipping, billing, etc. Was a crazy and constantly changing project over 6 months. Great patches! My cleint was very happy.

He always emails back quickly the price is great the quality is exceptional and even the delivery time is as good as it can be. Communication is always clear and product quality has never once let me down. They have helped me launch my patch of the month club and i have never had to worry about getting the patches on time. Apr 14,2023After searching numerous avenues for a website to have a patch made I stumbled on Qualitypatches.com. I am very glad I did as they were extremely helpful with the development of what I was wanting. On top of creating the idea they were very transparent with each step. I was very happy with how they allow unlimited changes and won’t ship the patches until you are 100% satisfied. I will definitely use them again if/when I want more patches.

Feb 16,2023After waiting almost two (2) months here in Germany from three (3) different German patch producing companies which have been unable to produce accurate patches, we found Quality Patches via the web. From the first moment it was a professional contact and they was always willing to do changes within very short time periods by a steady kind conversation. From the first contact here out of Germany just by E-mail until the patches arrived with FedEx at our office it took almost there (3) weeks depending on two (2) different company patches of our security operators and instructors. Samples have ben product within 24 hours where here in Germany we have been waiting for a sample by almost two (2) weeks. In result e highly recommend Quality Patches and there work and by the next patches we need for our units, we will work together again without hesitation.

Communications are excellent even if changes need to be made! Order went to production quickly after confirmed! Shipment was super fast! When I received my patches I was so impressed! These patches are GREAT! Couldn't ask for a better representation of my artwork! Embroidery work is exceptional and thread colors are vibrant! I will use Quality Patches again! They were very responsive and willing to make changes until I was happy with the sample art. They had a sample pvc patch the next day, and the patches were at my door in less than two weeks. Will confidently use them for future patch needs
